Become A Hero And Experience True Freedom to Live a Life with Fewer Limits

In today's modern times we hear the word hero all of the time. The news media throws the term around as if it is an everyday word. What exactly is a hero? Who, or what, can be classified as heroic?

The correct definition of the word hero is: One invested with heroic qualities in the opinions of others. That is a fine definition for books and intellectual minds.
To the average person, however, a hero is much more. Become A Hero And Experience True Freedom to Live a Life with Fewer Limits.

So who exactly is a hero?

To better understand what heroic quality is, it may be easier to consider the following quotes:

"The prudent see only the difficulties, the bold only the advantages of a great enterprise; the hero sees both; diminishes the former and makes the later preponderate, and so conquers"... Johann KasparLavater(1741-1801) Swiss theologian and poet.

"The characteristic of genuine heroism is its persistency. All men have wandering impulses, fits and starts of generosity. But when you have resolved to be great, abide by yourself, and do not weakly try to reconcile yourself with the world. The heroic cannot be the common, nor the common the heroic".....Ralph Waldo Emerson(1803-1882) U.S. poet, essayist and lecturer.

From the foregoing quotes, it is clear who is a true Hero. Nearly every day on television people talk of athletes and celebrities as being heroes, but are they?

To put it mildly, they are not heroes at all. Possibly they are role models but for the most part, not in possession of heroic qualities.

The title heroic is not given by occupation, rather by achievement. So, in Nature Hero, we consider a hero, "an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles"

How fitting the name we call ourselves "Hero"! Our members are made up of ordinary people doing extra ordinary things....helping individuals to gain real freedom, Freedom from diseases and Freedom from poverty.
We consider our members to be Heroes! Because when we think of a hero we immediately think of someone who is strong, intelligent, and daring. Upon closer examination, many different qualities than these become apparent. Courage, honesty, bravery, selflessness, and the will to try are just a few of the overlooked qualities of a hero. The definition of heroism changes with the context and time. Heroes of the past are not necessarily heroes of present time.
